Accurate Booking Details

Passengers must provide correct pickup location, drop location, travel date, time, and contact details while booking a taxi.

Pickup Timing

Passengers should be available at the pickup location on time. Drivers may wait up to 30 minutes, after which waiting charges may apply.

Passenger Behavior

Passengers must treat drivers respectfully. Misbehavior, abusive language, or threatening actions are strictly prohibited.

Luggage Responsibility

Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal belongings. Lakshya Cab Service is not responsible for lost items.

Vehicle Damage

Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may result in additional charges.
